What types of boarding does Amora Equestrian offer?
We offer two levels of board:
- Regular Board – $2,200/month
- Premium Board – $2,500/month
Both include top-level daily care; however, Premium Board includes additional luxury services such as tacking and untacking.
What is included in Regular Board?
Regular Board ($2,200/month) includes: • High-grade hay and premium grain • Daily stall cleaning • Blanketing • Daily turnout in private paddocks • Booting for turnout • Use of all facilities • Scheduling & coordination for vet/farrier • Wellness monitoring and communication • Access to our events, clinics, workshops, and programs
What is included in Premium Board?
Premium Board ($2,500/month) includes everything in Regular Board plus: • Full grooming • Tacking & untacking • Daily hoof picking • Show grooming prep • Regular body clipping • Priority scheduling and handling for professionals • Concierge-level horse care
Is training required for all boarders?
Yes. Every boarder must participate in our Training Program to ensure consistency, safety, and progress for both horse and rider.
⁠How much is the training program and what does it include?
Our Training Program is $1,000/month and includes: • Unlimited training rides • Unlimited lessons • Customized training plans for horse and rider • Show preparation & coaching support • Natural horsemanship fundamentals incorporated throughout This program ensures every horse receives the professional development and conditioning necessary for optimal performance and safety.
Can boarders choose lessons only without training rides?
No. To maintain consistency and the highest standard of care, we require all boarded horses to be in our full, unlimited training program.
How many rides/lessons per week does the training program include?
There is no cap. Horses and riders receive as many training sessions as needed to support their goals, typically 4–6 days per week depending on conditioning and competition schedule.
Who oversees training at Amora Equestrian?
Training is led by Tess Davis, renowned for her natural horsemanship approach, deep show-circuit experience, and commitment to excellence.
⁠What type of feed do you provide?
We feed only top-grade hay and premium grain tailored to each horse’s nutritional needs. Diets are monitored closely and adjusted seasonally or as needed.
⁠Do the stalls have windows and storage?
Yes. Our large, wood-lined stalls each feature: • A big exterior window for light and ventilation • A personal stall locker for ease of use Each boarder also receives a large custom locker in our climate-controlled tack room.
Do you offer turnout?
Yes. Horses enjoy turnout in well-maintained private paddocks, with schedules tailored to their individual needs.
What are your arenas like?
We offer two world-class riding spaces: • Outdoor Arena: Massive GGT footing with a hand-built spectator gazebo • Indoor Arena: Dustless, premium footing with a temperature-controlled viewing lounge and fully stocked kitchen
Do you offer equine wellness services?
We provide access to elite wellness providers including: • Chiropractic • MagnaWave • Laser therapy • Cryotherapy • Massage therapy • Vibration plate • Stretching & mobility We can schedule these services on your behalf.
⁠Is Amora Equestrian suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We welcome riders of all levels in a nurturing and inclusive environment, from first-time riders to advanced competitors.
What is your show program like?
We attend local, regional, and A-circuit competitions. Training clients receive full coaching, warm-ups, schooling rides, and show prep for both horse and rider.
Are half-leases or full leases available?
Yes. We offer select high-quality horses and ponies for half and full lease. Availability changes seasonally; inquire for the current list.

How do you ensure biosecurity and cleanliness?

Do you allow outside trainers?
No. For safety, consistency, and quality control, all training is done in-house by Tess and Celeste.
